corridor noise unwelcoming staff

The location was acceptable since it was close to the train station. the air conditioning worked well enough. It kept the room temperature enjoyable.

the room was quite noisy. i could easily hear everything happening in the corridor. one of the staff members didn't seem thrilled that i did not speak french. i didn't feel particularly welcome there, to be honest.

The location is really convenient, close to public transport options. The staff was helpful and available 24/7 (which is a big plus for late arrivals).

The bed wasn't very comfortable. the room wasn't cleaned properly (i even found some hairs in the bathroom).
